§ 1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "abba7" or "Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated under the brand name abba7, accessible at https://abba7.io and through any associated mobile applications or downloadable clients.
• "Player", "You", or "User" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the abba7 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a Player to access the full range of services available on abba7.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's abba7 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other non-cashable incentives credited to an Account under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be wagered on eligible games before it or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by abba7 before processing withdrawals or as otherwise requested.
• "Taka" or "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the primary currency supported by the abba7 platform.

§ 2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the abba7 website, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines published on the abba7 platform from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the abba7 platform and refrain from registering an Account. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

§ 3 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the abba7 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout their use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. abba7 enforces a minimum age of 21 (not 18) in recognition of Bangladesh's gambling-adjacent cultural and regulatory context. Players aged under 21 are not permitted to register, deposit, or wager under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party in connection with your Account or any wager placed through it.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of an employee of abba7 or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.
• You have not been previously excluded, banned, or suspended by abba7 under these Terms & Conditions or any prior version thereof.

Age Verification Process

abba7 may request documentary evidence of age and identity at any point during the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or in response to unusual account activity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a recognised Bangladeshi authority.

Until age verification is completed to abba7's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be suspended. Any Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be permanently closed, all outstanding balances (including winnings) will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities as appropriate.

§ 4 Account Registration

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold exactly one registered Account on abba7. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your abba7 Account. This includes your legal full name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You must notify abba7 promptly if any of this information changes. abba7 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of all registration information at any time.

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your abba7 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by any other person — is your responsibility. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify abba7 immediately at [email protected].

§ 5 Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits

abba7 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. abba7 does not charge a processing fee on deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Deposits are credited to your abba7 Account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). abba7 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, in accordance with abba7's anti-money-laundering obligations. abba7 aims to process withdrawal requests within 10–30 minutes for mobile money channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) during standard operating hours, subject to KYC completion.

abba7 reserves the right to request additional verification documents prior to processing any withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where abba7 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Currency

All Account balances, transactions, and displayed odds on abba7 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). abba7 does not currently support multi-currency accounts or cryptocurrency transactions.

§ 6 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, abba7 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible Players. All such offers are subject to these general Terms & Conditions as well as any promotion-specific terms published alongside the relevant offer.

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account verification unless an offer's specific terms state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are held separately from real-money Balance and must be wagered in full in accordance with the applicable Wagering Requirement before any portion becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• abba7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering commitments already in progress are honoured.
• Only one welcome bonus or sign-up promotion may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim new-player offers via multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• abba7 will not credit a bonus if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player is abusing any promotional offer, whether by hedging, arbitrage, collusion, or any other means intended to circumvent the spirit of the promotion.

§ 7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on abba7 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game, as published on the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and a sport- or game-specific rule, the sport- or game-specific rule takes precedence for that activity.

Sportsbook

Bets on cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. abba7 reserves the right to limit stake amounts, restrict markets, or void bets where it has reasonable grounds to suspect irregular activity, match-fixing, or an error in the published odds.

Live Casino

Live casino games are streamed in real time from certified studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live game (including Lightning Roulette, Baccarat, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, and Crazy Time) are governed by the studio's published game rules, which are accessible from within each game's interface.

Slots

Slot games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and other certified providers are governed by the Return-to-Player (RTP) percentage and paytable rules embedded in each game. All slot titles available on abba7 use independently verified random number generators. Malfunction of a game voids all affected plays and stakes are refunded.

§ 8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the abba7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including misrepresenting your age or identity.
• Creating or operating more than one abba7 Account, whether under your own name or under a third party's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit any feature of the abba7 service.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy intended to guarantee profit by exploiting the promotional or pricing structures of abba7.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the abba7 platform to launder money or facilitate any financial crime.
• Attempting to access, alter, or interfere with the abba7 platform's source code, databases, servers, or security infrastructure.
• Using VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or abba7's account controls.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing abba7 staff or other Players in any communication channel, including live chat, email, or social media.

§ 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the abba7 platform — including but not limited to the abba7 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to abba7 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the abba7 platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, republish, distribute, transmit, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any content from the abba7 platform without the prior written consent of abba7.

§ 10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, abba7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical errors, platform downtime, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
• Any delay, interruption, or suspension of the abba7 service due to maintenance, security incidents, or circumstances beyond abba7's reasonable control.
• Decisions made by abba7 to void, cancel, or refuse bets in accordance with these Terms & Conditions or applicable game rules.
• Any loss arising from the unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

abba7 makes no warranty that the platform will be available continuously or free from errors. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. abba7's total aggregate liability to any Player in any given month shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player during that calendar month.

§ 11 Privacy & Data Protection

abba7 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

abba7 uses TLS 1.3 encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform's servers. Personal data is never sold to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and fraud detection services strictly to the extent necessary to operate the platform and comply with applicable legal obligations.

§ 12 Responsible Gaming

abba7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Players. The platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options, which are accessible from the account settings area.

abba7 enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement strictly and conducts regular reviews to identify Players who may be exhibiting signs of problem gambling behaviour. Where such signs are detected, abba7 may proactively contact the Player, restrict their account activity, or apply a cooling-off period in the Player's best interests.

§ 13 Account Suspension & Termination

abba7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the time period specified by abba7.
• Evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Detection of duplicate accounts or use of another person's identity or payment methods.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct directed at abba7 staff or other Players.
• Circumstances where abba7 is required to act by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction.

Where an Account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms & Conditions, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed at abba7's discretion for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, the real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Players may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within three business days. Any outstanding Balance will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds.

§ 14 Amendments to These Terms

abba7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, abba7 will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, unless a shorter notice period is necessitated by legal or regulatory requirements.

Continued use of the abba7 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the change.

§ 15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed and governed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which abba7 operates. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the Player and abba7 shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognised arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent abba7 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where it has grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms & Conditions has caused or is likely to cause irreparable harm to abba7 or its Players.
